You will need at least two valid government-issued IDs, proof of billing, and proof of income if applying through financing.
Is the project accredited by PAG-IBIG?
At present, we are not yet accredited for Pag-IBIG financing. However, if the client wishes to proceed through Pag-IBIG, we can assure them that the developer will provide assistance and support throughout the application process for this financing option.
