Godfrey S. Digal, REB

Company President & Board Member

Godfrey S. Digal is a visionary real estate leader and licensed Real Estate Broker dedicated to shaping the landscape of Bohol, Philippines. As the President of Amira Land Development Corporation, Godfrey steers the strategic direction of one of the fastest-growing real estate development firms in the region.

His career is built on a diverse foundation that bridges technical precision with corporate governance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Silliman University and previously served as the Corporate Secretary for Amira Land before ascending to executive leadership. Godfrey's extensive industry experience also includes high-level brokerage roles with Amani Realty and Young Urban Property Professionals, Inc., alongside executive leadership as the former President of Al Waters, Inc.

Driven by a commitment to regional growth, Godfrey focuses on creating sustainable communities and viable livelihood opportunities. He remains deeply integrated into the real estate and business ecosystem, holding active memberships in premier industry organizations, including the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders' Associations (CREBA), the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA), and the Bohol, Cebu, and National Chambers of Commerce.

Carrel S. Digal

Company Vice President & Board Member

Carrel S. Digal is a dedicated real estate executive with an extensive background in property sales, management, and development across Bohol, Philippines. Serving as the Vice President of Amira Land Development Corporation since 2017, Carrel brings a collaborative, quality-driven approach to the company’s regional projects and strategic growth.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management from the Lyceum of Alabang, complements this with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management from Holy Name University, and serves as the current President of Amani Realty. His field experience also includes foundational work as a sales professional with YUPP, instilling a deep value for long-term client relationships and careful project planning.

Committed to teamwork, integrity, and service, Carrel actively contributes to elevating industry standards through key organizational roles. He is aligned with prominent industry and business advocate groups, maintaining active affiliations with the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA), the Organization of Socialized and Economic Housing Developers of the Philippines (OSHDP), and both the Bohol and Cebu Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

Roque D. Destacamento

Board Member & Executive Director

Roque D. Destacamento is a hands-on businessman and seasoned entrepreneur who has built a thriving network of construction-related and commercial enterprises across the region. Known for his reliability and strong client relationships, Roque specializes in managing complex projects from initial planning to completion, always ensuring quality results through a collaborative, practical approach.

His extensive leadership portfolio spans over a decade of executive management and business ownership. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Rovie Construction and Supply and RDD Plumbing Solution and Enterprises, both of which he has successfully steered since 2015. Further expanding his corporate reach, Roque is the CEO of RMD85 Corporation and the proprietor of local ventures including the Banana Drive Inn and RDD Mobile Disco Sound System Rental.

Roque’s operational precision and dedication to quality service make him a vital asset to corporate governance and project execution. An alumnus of St. Paul School of Medellin in Cebu, he balances his active professional pursuits with a dedication to focus and discipline, maintained through his affiliation with the Philippine Practical Shooter Association.

Engr. Joniever A. Achacoso

Board Member & Technical Director

Engr. Joniever A. Achacoso is a highly accomplished businessman and licensed Civil Engineer with over 25 years of profound experience in construction management, materials engineering, and project supervision. 

He serves as the Chairman of JA Achacoso Corporation and the Chief Executive Officer of JJC Enterprises & Trucking Services. Additionally, as an established business owner, he has been operating JA Achacoso Enterprises & General Services as its proprietor since 2002. His early foundational experience includes serving as a Maintenance General Foreman for the Department of Justice, working as a Technical Representative for Visteck Konsult Corporation, and handling vital project and field engineering duties for firms such as DJ Builders, ALC Industries, and PEAM/Kiewit-Holt, Inc.

Joniever’s deep technical background is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Cebu Institute of Technology. Highly integrated into professional and civic leadership, he holds specialized credentials as a Registered Civil Engineer and Materials Engineer, and maintains active memberships with the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) Ormoc and Cebu Chapters, the Rotary Club of Ormoc, Lions International, the Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines, YMCA-Y's Men International, and the Fraternal Orders of Eagles.
